1. Minor niggles included our shower was falling off the wall, towels were not always replaced every day, we had to prop the broken TV door open with tissue paper, if we had been planning to eat in our room there was a woeful lack of cooking equipment, and the fact that breakfast (perfectly adequate with lovely orange juice) was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.
