1. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful, we found that if we told the front desk where we were going that day they generally had money off vouchers available or could tell us the best time to go and avoid the queues.

2. Sadly, this left a nasty taste in the mouth after what had been an agreeable - if somewhat over hot (avoid NY in August if you don't like humidity) - stay at the Hospitality House hotel.
