1. Only downfalls were the noise of the streets from the bedrooms (we stayed on the 4th floor) while we were sleeping and the pull-out couch had a terrible mattress.

4. well what a shame that you let yourself down we had a very large cockroach in the bathroom , and we also had to go out at 7 in the morning because our complimentary breakfast was not refilled , also the there was a missng towel rail in the bathroom , the room was not cleaned very well , and as goes for the building work going on in the new reception this was terrible being woken up at 8 in the morning by load drilling and banging was not my idea of fun .

6. Word of warning: there is only one elevator that is small and slow and the stairs are steep and slippery but there normally wasn`t a terribly long wait for the elevator.
