1. USA is not short of any 5* hotels or cheaper options but one that has genuinely great customer service attitude is hard to come by as we have learnt from our many trips around the world.

4. The apartments (one two-bed and one one-bed) were spacious and spotlessly clean, with large comfortable beds and nice bathrooms - the room attendants obviously work very hard to keep them that way - so special thanks to them.

The breakfast on Sunday morning was very good when you compare to other 'included' breakfasts that I've sampled over the years -- great variety, 4 juices and 4 cereals to choose from, english muffins and bagels with toaster, hard boiled eggs, wafflemaker with batter and syrup, fresh whole fruit, coffee with nice flavored creamers.
