1. However we left with a pretty good impression of the place and didn't have any issues about coming back.

2. The only major issue/problem I had with this hotel (being on the top floor) is a water pump that lives up there on the top floor in the walls to support water pressure for the building.

6. I agree the outside nouise can be a little annoying,but I have stayed in other NYC hotels as well that have the same issues.

7. The only (and very minor) fault we could find was that the shower pressure in the two showers was quite intermittent (and never very powerful), I did mention it when we were leaving but it was not really a major issue.
