3. The only bugbear was that we had someone knocking on our door and attempt to come into our room at 9am on the day we were leaving to ask when we were checking out- this just seems ridiculous and hopefully they will change this for future guests.

4. The lobby is modern and inviting, the rooms were incredibly clean, and the beds ridiculously comfortable.
