1. The air conditioning unit was perhaps a little loud; my husband said it woke him up once or twice the first night of our stay, but I did not hear it at all and he slept fine the second night.

2. Due to the structure of the hotel, the rooms are all very near the elevator, which seems to run a little slow, so people will stand there and speak at regular to loud voices and can easily be heard from almost all the rooms.
