Service was ok during most of the time I spent here - although my stay was pretty much wrecked on my last night one of the guests next door to me had locked his keycards in his room apparently and after notifying reception, spent the next 2-3 hours drinking and carrying on outside the room (11th Floor) waiting for a hotel technician to try and fail quite a few times to open his door for him until after 2am, when I realised the noisy air conditioning unit drowned out a lot of the sound from outside the room.
