5. First the pros:-Good and friendly service-Great location-Decent size room and bathroom (actually bigger than I had expected for NYC)-Free wifiCons;-No safe deposit box in room which was very annoying, however there was a microwave and empty fridge.

8. It may sound like an anecdote, but the following is really annoying: there are only 2 elevators for about 14 floors, and you can wait for 10 minutes to go get down or go up to your room.
