5. I complained at the front desk the next morning only to get a pretty ingenuine smile and not even a real apology, just a 'well, I will look into that for you, but we did have a guest who had trouble getting into his room'.

8. ???-Very noisy A/C unit, which when on made the room very cold and when off it got warm quickly, no happy middle-Very squeaky elevator which we heard from our room (we complained to the reception and they were going to look into it but we never heard back)-Elevator wait in the morning was always between 1-5 minutes.
