1. The only plus was Lisa at the front desk who tried her best to accomodate us and seemed genuinely frustrated by our problems.

2. There are not many rooms on each floor so its pretty quiet, you may hear the occaisonal guest in the hall but this is not a problem.

9. The only other hotel that I've had similar types of problems in New York with not getting the room that I booked was the Millennium Hilton, so I canceled my Hilton accommodations for my next trip.
