1. After hearing about the bed bug issue in NYC, I really checked my room hard - and my room was clean.

5. Sleeping Time: Beds are comfy but there is a small issue the sheets are too small so they flip and you end up sleeping on top of the bare mattress ( not very nice to do in a hotel mattress).

Likewise two other minor issues--one day the two glasses we used were put back in place as if they had not been used (just odd--we figured the maid just lost track) and on the final night of our four-night stay, the new bed linens were too small--the fitted sheet kept on popping off the corner on my husband's side of the king-sized bed.

7. We had issues with this hotel, because we booked through expedia but this is the first time I've ever had issues with 3rd party bookings.

9. I only had a little issue during my stay: I couldn't find a pair of gold hoop earrings so I contacted the front desk to ask for the cleaning staff to take a close look next time they would clean the room.

10. The other issue is no recognition of my HH status, so no drinking water until I brought it to their attention and had to go back to the desk to get it.
