1. It was larger than the first, much cleaner, less worn, and had a nice view of the pool.

4. They insisted that the colored arm band be worn by all guests at the pool and when my husband would not wear one (due to a skin condition) they said they would eject him from the pool and hotel (kind of thuggish) After my husband contacted a person higher up they never bothered him again.

10. This is not a 5 star hotel or one you'd find somehwhere like Dubai or the Bellagio in Las Vegas, this is Hawaii, the most beautiful place in the world, the most beautiful people in the world and to suffer a worn towel and a $5 instead of a $2.
