1. unfortunately the check in process was extremely slow and we didn't get up to the counter for 15 minutes despite the fact that there were even 5 people working behind the desk at one point.

8. unfortunately, the new restaurant, Rum Fire, still isn't done and eventhough the website says it will be completed by the end of November we were told not until early next year.
