ping, water stains on the ceiling/corners, etc, but they didn't bother me, because the overall feel of the room was good.

Lava's restaurant: we only went there once, but the wait staff brought us the wrong drinks (a Mai Tai to one of us who doesn't drink alcohol, a sugary coke to one of us who requested Diet,) and the wrong
