4. Breakfast had poor service which was hard to understand - mostly self-service except the coffee; waitstaff was ok - I asked for a banana & they did not have one which surprised me; they do need a new toaster not sure what was going on there.

6. I think a lot of the poor reviews on here are the result of one thing - for the price you pay, you expect a really fancy resort - which is true at the hotel down the street but not in Hawaii.
