2. Unfortunately the check in process was extremely slow and we didn't get up to the counter for 15 minutes despite the fact that there were even 5 people working behind the desk at one point.

4. 2) Part of the resort fees is wi-fi, however it is SLOW and after jumping through hoops of getting connected, i decided to drop it and use my 3G service because it was faster.
