1. I let the front desk staff know about the problem and asked to be moved on the 'Oceanside' of the street.

7. The rooms were nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the linens were luxurious, both pools were refreshing and beautiful, the grounds are exquisite, housekeeping was great and we NEVER had a problem with wi-fi.
