1. My only issue is that the walls in the rooms in block 3 where very thin.

4. The service was fine, but there were a few minor issues, like they forgot to bring a cot and had to be called several times, and there was inexeplicably no alarm clock in our room, but despite a request, they never brought one.

5. The check-in was the most enjoyable I've ever experienced, we arrived incredibly early due to flight issues and were able to check in.

6. For the most part, however, the hotel fell short of my expectations of a Sheraton and added a handful of unnecessary frustrations to my week there:1) A number of other employees are astonishingly tone deaf to hospitality issues and annoyed when called upon to provide customer service.

7. However, I have learned never again to book a hotel with so many negative reviews almost all with similar issues, as most often, they are right.

8. There's a bit of construction going on right now, but the hotel has done a good job of limiting the noise or issues from workers.
