6. unfortunately, the maids think it appropriate to places the extra pillows on the floor under the table that holds the television - rather unsanitary; (4) notwithstanding that the hotel knew we were two in the room and that my own and my wife's toiletries and clothing clearly indicated double occupancy, we were frequently provided with toiletries and other items for just one person; (5) the television remote is horribly slow and, more concerning, when one goes to turn it, the volume is at a loud setting as the default - very annoying if one is trying to let one's spouse sleep in; and (6) a top sheet would have been helpful since the room was warm (even with using the A/C) and the duvet was too warm.
"Nosiy, inconvenient, hardly luxury " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/28/2011 Vote
7. We arrived super late at night, so I had a feeling we were going to have a less than stellar room, (which unfortunately happened, twice), but after speaking with the front desk, the next day they moved us (and all of our luggage while we were out) to an amazing room with a gorgeous view of the city.
