1. The 12th floor club lounge seems darker and more claustrophobic, with limited quantity and selection of food (but free booze), the wireless internet, while free, is spotty, weak and slow (very irritating as you cannot use a cable, nor upgrade to a better, faster connection).
"Faded glory " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/28/2011 Vote
2. Loved all the staff I met except for the front-desk guy who acted irritated when I asked for a 2-hr extension on my check-out.

3. The streets are safe, but I find it irritating to be asked for money every block that I walk on.
"Wow!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/3/2010 Vote
4. A few irritations such as no towel rack and curtains that are hard to close and the seeming impossibility of getting enough copies of the New York Times.
"Peculiar but Pleasant " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/17/2009 Vote
5. The fancy curtain attached to the wall by two large screws had come unattached from the wall; neither I nor my friends could turn OFF the television and have it stay off (silly, I know, but it got really irritating after a few days); the pin lock on the bathroom door flew off the first day we were there; and the water in the sink could either be boiling hot or ice cold, never a nice warm temperature.
"If you are spending 99 bucks a night, might as well stay here. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2009 Vote
