I know it was my fault no reviewing this
issue
before and its good that you offer some hotel + parking packages but the it is not a good surprise to find out this when checking out.

If I'd paid $180 for this room, none of those
issue
s would have even registered, but at that price I expect a better standard of service and accommodation.

My only complaint is that the toilet sits right next to the door of the bathroom (admittedly a minor pet peeve which may not be an
issue
with most travelers).

There seem to be some training and communication
issue
s with the staff, resulting in inconsistent service across the board at this property.

If room size is an
issue

It's very modern in terms of fit out - and some nice interior design touches that hark back to it's heritage as a Meier Frank department store (lots of fashion cues and mannequins for example)The only
issue
s I had were:- toiletries were in weird little cardboard tubes.

It is honestly a nice hotel and very convenient and I think that after the
issue
s with the fabric is fixed, it would be just fine.

We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they indicated that they were in the middle of trying to change the fabric as they were aware of the
issue
and that it was the nature of the fabric more than it was actually dirty.
