1. I know it was my fault no reviewing this issue before and its good that you offer some hotel + parking packages but the it is not a good surprise to find out this when checking out.

2. If I'd paid $180 for this room, none of those issues would have even registered, but at that price I expect a better standard of service and accommodation.

3. My only complaint is that the toilet sits right next to the door of the bathroom (admittedly a minor pet peeve which may not be an issue with most travelers).

7. It's very modern in terms of fit out - and some nice interior design touches that hark back to it's heritage as a Meier Frank department store (lots of fashion cues and mannequins for example)The only issues I had were:- toiletries were in weird little cardboard tubes.

8. It is honestly a nice hotel and very convenient and I think that after the issues with the fabric is fixed, it would be just fine.

9. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they indicated that they were in the middle of trying to change the fabric as they were aware of the issue and that it was the nature of the fabric more than it was actually dirty.
