1. Multiple phone calls to the front desk did nothing to deal with the noise and disturbance throughout the night.

2. noise - our room was next to an emergency stair case but people were clearly using it to move around the hotel, so my Sunday morning lie-in was cut short by the sound of people running up and down a metal staircase which sounded like it was directly overhead.

3. My room was a corner room so I had a nice view of some of the main areas downtown, the courthouse and pioneer place which was right across the way, at that time they were having some constuction on the road out in the front but it did not seem to be an issue and there was not any noise.

6. If you are a light to moderate sleeper the noise from the restaurant/bar in the atrium is very intrusive; (2) The elevators operate on a key card system.

10. As far as the noise level, I do have to say that you can hear the people in the hallway, but that really did not bother us much.
