1. I gave this hotel a poor simply because it is supposed to be one of Starwood's Luxury properties, yet fell far short.

2. The room was nice looking, but the bathroom marred by strangely low light and poor ventilation, and we could not get the room temperature below 66 or so even though it was much cooler than that outside.

8. It is unfair when someone has a poor experience and does not try to resolve it and then complains to everyone except the person who can actually assist him/her.
