1. We waited a while longer and hubby took the dogs out again - after realizing sticking them in the car would be a hassle since it had been valet'd; at 20 after 3, I went up to another lady in the lounge and asked her to check on our room - it wasn't going to be ready for another 45 min to an hour, yikes - she offered a $25 credit for their restaurant which I declined.

2. you do have to pay valet tho unless you want to pay and look for parking else where, which is a bit of a hassle and a waste of time.

3. The different room rates occasioned all types of hassle, including an initial assertion at check-in that we would be required to change rooms mid-stay and a flashing red phone light before dawn that disturbed us in order to request an additional swipe of a credit card, but I assume that was a fluke event.

4. Parking was $6 cheaper down the street, but wasn't worth the hassle.

5. After all the hassle we made it downstairs to the Urban Farmer, which is the hotel bar, just to get treated the same snobby way we were before.
