1. The hotel is a bit difficult to approach as are most downtown hotels, but the parking valets are efficient and friendly so just wait and watch and they will lead you to the curb.

3. Areas that fell short:With the exception doormen and initial check-in; was never greeted/acknowledged by anyone?However pretty; my room was small and over furnished making it difficult to maneuver.

9. Also, we did not find adequate website direction to the hotel entrance, which is in a grid of transit malls extremely difficult for even former Portlanders like ourselves to navigate by car.
