1. There was a noisy protest just up the street, they moved us to the opposite side of the property within minutes of our small complaint, helping move our bags, very friendly and helpful.

2. Only complaint is that when the cold water handle is turned, it completely turns off hot water, so instead of warm, you only get HOT or COLD.

5. My only complaint is that the toilet sits right next to the door of the bathroom (admittedly a minor pet peeve which may not be an issue with most travelers).
