1. The hotel room was small, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the view we had was of part of a lower roof of the hotel.

4. The room was dirty, the water barely got warm, water barely came out, the bed was completely uncomfortable, no blankets on the bed, the employee's were very loud in the rooms next to us as they cleaned, keeping us up till 2 or 3 in the morning.
