1. $29 for an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach, $20 per day per person resort fee, 3 hours to check in because room was not ready at the 4pm check in time, dirty pillows inside the pillow cases, non-working refrigerator, very rude staff when these issues were addressed politely.

6. After several calls and unsuccessful attempts to repair the hot water issue, we were then transferred to another room on our last night so we could at least get a hot shower before traveling 10 hours back home - the showerhead came off.
