4. So to sum it up, the staff lies, the hotel is a mess (don't be fooled by the nice lobby) - this place was a dump.

5. However, this hotel was a bit of a mess: the staff is very slow in serving you, also the staff does not speak English and expects you to know Spanish:( The waiting time for our car to arrive was from 30 min to an hour, which is ridiculous taking super hot climate outdoors into consideration.

8. EVEN THOUGH THE VALET IS A MESS AND YOU HAVE TO WATI AMOST AN HOUR TO GET YOUR CAR OUT.

10. There was a Walgrens opposite and a McDonalds just up the road,but be warned,the restroom is kept locked so that only customers can use them, but my husband went in there and was nearly ill because somebody had been in there before him and left a terrible mess.
