1. Despite the soiled and lack of linen I would still come back but I will be sure to pack my own wash clothes.

2. As I arrived to check in I noticed an argument between staff and customers relating to a car parked in valet which had been damaged, presumably due to the lack of space on the forecourt.

From our late night hour long check in, done by the 'only man on staff in the hotel', to the gruff and unprofessional valet staff who request cash, to the breakfast staff eating their breakfast while on duty, to the front desk clerk who checked me out without a word, this hotel lacks any time of management or service skills.

6. We were tired enough that the fact there was no sound on some tv channels didn't bother us, but when it came time to get ready for the convention the next morning, the lack of a working hair dryer (or working power point in the bathroom) was keenly felt.

9. Only complaint about this hotel is the lack of coffee making facilities so you have to go to a deli next door,being English we love a cup of tea first thing in the morning.
