6. $29 for an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach, $20 per day per person resort fee, 3 hours to check in because room was not ready at the 4pm check in time, dirty pillows inside the pillow cases, non-working refrigerator, very rude staff when these issues were addressed politely.
