1. I heard someone complaining about how old this place is, which it is.

2. Even after complaining I could not get my room changed due to the conference I was here for and felt like my other two colleagues who were able to have their rooms changed (one after finding lubricant all over her table and the other due to a filthy room) I would just suffer.

3. I have a phone which does not work, only one working outlet in the entire room, a broken electrical prong hanging in the outlet in the bathroom, no washcloths (yes, complained three times about all of this).

7. When I complained at the front desk as I checked in after making the first trip, I was told the valet service was a separate company and nothing they could do, but they would upgrade me to an ocean view for my discomfort.

8. We notice water leaking from somewhere in the foyer, we complained and were moved to the 'executive suite' on the 15th floor, which was a bit better.
