1. Unbeknown to the hotel patrons their vehicles are not parked in a secure facility or area, but in a weed overgrown dirt vacant lot several blocks away.

9. You can't recieve USPS mail, the stairs are filfty, there is only ice on one floor out of 4, the parking lot is dirt & rocks, no hot (or warm) water or towels in the men's room by the pool.
