1. Beyond that, the hotel was filthy, under staffed, staff was RUDE and very far from all of the shops, restaurants and Miami attractions.

3. Even after complaining I could not get my room changed due to the conference I was here for and felt like my other two colleagues who were able to have their rooms changed (one after finding lubricant all over her table and the other due to a filthy room) I would just suffer.

8. It had stains on the bedskirts and floor, cigarette burns in the carpet, long black hair all over the room and bathroom (we are all blonde with short hair), and the tub was so filthy I wouldn't even put my son in it.
