3. I definitely don't have any complaints about this hotel, the only minus in our trip was that it rained for three days during our stay, but of course that's something that the Ritz-Carlton's can't control.

10. I keep a running tally of suggestions when I stay places, and so far my biggest complaints are that there was only one pen in our suite and I wish they would participate in a Green program - there aren't any hooks to hang our bath towels on so we can re-use them.
