1. Overall service was good but occasionally abut hit & miss eg hotel booked us in to Nick's on wrong night, slow service around the pool, inaccurate info provided at the beach re chair/umbrella rentals.

5. It's not like something wrong is going on in there so why hide it? Take off the coverings, face the treadmills out and maybe spruce it up with some new equipment and paint on the walls.

8. Don't get me wrong, if you can book this property cheap, then it's worth it to pay for the extras; but don't ever pay full price and expect the usual Fairmont experience.
