1. It took a while for us to get our bags brought up when we arrived, which was a bit annoying with a toddler who'd been promised a pool on the plane ride, but we got in with a wave of other people.

If you go during high season (Christmas for example), it is VERY hard to get a spot by the pools (especially the adult pool) and annoying that there are a bunch of cabanas that you can rent for well over $100 that sit empty most of the day while there's no more space for hotel guests already paying just to be there.
