1. Although Nicks isnt a part of the management under the control of the Hotel we did eat the facility and had an unfortunate experience with the snapper special getting us (two of us with the exact same ugly symptons) up in the middle of the night.

2. If your unfortunately on the island for business and pleasure go a couple doors down to the Four Seasons, if you have a young family or are a couple playing the property is above average.

5. They are in the middle a very modest renovation, including their celebrated restaurant Ko, and it was noisy at times and unfortunately our meeting room was near the renovation.

6. They have a very nice lobby bar that is unfortunately closed half the day, and adult pool area doesn't serve drinks and kids hang out at the only swim-up bar.

7. 3 swimming pools, loads to explore, 3 restaurants which unfortunately seem very over-priced for the food being served but your paying for convenience.

10. unfortunately, we were not able to extend our stay because the Kea Lani was booked for the two additional nights we needed, but the Kea Lani did refund our money for the two nights that we weren't able to get there.
