1. And another thing, my husband and I watched that specific cabana the whole day and night from our room and NO ONE sat on it, he was just being a rude liar.

4. The worst experiences were definitely with Concierge, they were down right rude on so many occasions that I would hate to walk by them to go up the elevator back to our room.
