1. This hotel experience annoyed me to the point where I probley would not return due to the poor management around the pool and beach.

For the most part, service was fantastic, which made the poor service by the middle aged male bartender at the swim-up bar stand out as worse than it probably was -- Highlight was the early morning canoe experience -- complimentary service with an amazing staff of two who not only gave us a safe and fun experience, but also filled us in on some local history and legends.
