7. There is one suggestion my husband feels very strongly about - while the hotel is beautiful and the lobby very classy, he thinks you need to change all of the couches because there is little back support and they are extremely uncomfortable.
"Service with a smile " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/29/2010 Vote
8. The furnishings are mostly ridiculous - very uncomfortable desk/office chair, a glass desk with no mouse pad, a shower with nor pressure (no bath rooms available sir), no tea/coffee facilities and the most opinionated staff (about how good their service is) that I have ever come across.
"Not coming back " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/29/2010 Vote
9. The furnishings are mostly ridiculous (obnoxious pressure sensitive mini bar/snack bar) very uncomfortable desk/office chair, a glass desk with no mouse pad, a hopeless shower, no tea/coffee facilities unless specifically requested - and even then they don't change the mugs or bring coffee refills.
