1. was wonderful - stuffy unfriendly behind the counter for some reason - and the disco music in the lobby is so obnoxious 24/7 - they pump it up at night and it seems ridiculous to see that many old people sitting round listening to that bilge.

3. The room was clean though showing its age; amenities were fine (Bliss bath products, robes, iPod dock, in-room safe), though I suggest you hit up the Duane Reade for your H2O and other snacks, as $7 for a medium-sized Fiji is just plain ridiculous.

5. Why bother being a Gold member if you aren't going to do anything special for us?Also, I stayed on Cash and Points and got hit with an extra $16 worth of taxes and fees, including a ridiculous fee relating to.
