4. Also since the floors 3 and up require room cards anyway to go up the lifts then why do I need to show my card first? If I do not have a card then I cannot get upstairs don't I? The lobby is also very noisy, open and always busy so forget about a quiet evening where you can have a drink with friends.

5. The only reason I am not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the AC/heating system in the room is very noisy.

6. The AC was rather noisy though, luckily I always pack a pair of earplugs, and if you're a light sleeper, I suggest you do the same, cause otherwise it will keep you awake.
