8. The good: Hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of good NY spotsThe bad: Basic rooms are miniscule (imagine jumping across the bed to get to the other side of the room), A/C units are very loud, lighting in rooms is not great, very expensive relative to other places you could be staying.

10. What can you say about an uber expensive hotel, in an uber expensive city with rooms smaller than my closet and yet they cannot be bothered to dust? Well, gross is one word that comes to mind.
