1. We had one incident on our last night that required me to call security and I do not want to put out there what it was because I'd hate for it to taint anyone's view of the hotel.

4. I hate trying to eat at something other than a proper table, and while the lobby area is lovely and the chairs and sofas are comfy, where do you put your cereal? We did have a proper Sunday brunch in the hotel's restaurant and it was just lovely.

7. The staff at the hotel were quite rude though which was disappointing and treated us like we couldn't afford to be there which i hate as they only work there- they don't own it.

9. If you appreciate modern design that is executed well, if you want to be able to see in proper lighting, if you want a warm home in NYC and if you hate pretension, then this is NOT the place for you.
