1. It has been difficult, it has been cold and truly my only solace has been knowing that I'll be in a great room and receive excellent service whenever I get a few moments off from Work.

We did have to ask for certain things like the larger room or WI-FI password which under our difficult circumstances it would have been nice if they had acertained our needs such as offering say $20 of complimentary laundry as we had run out of clothes, but as I also work in hotels maybe I see things slightly differently.
