5. Give the worst rooms in a location that is hard and unpleasant to get to (only 1 elevator goes to the 2nd floor and the stairway option is dirty and smells funny).

7. The worst part was when my five year old saw these green things sticking out of the shoes of one of the employees walking in the lobby (not to mention a tattoo on her ankle).
