3. I found all employees quite friendly and helpful, except for a very rude waitress in the lounge area who ignored us for so long, that I left the restaurant entirely, but the hotel provided me with a credit right away and we ended up getting room service.

4. The only DRAWBACK for us was the unfriendly and unhelpful lady at the concierge, she would never know or didn't have what you needed and was very rude and be careful about the RESORT FEE that they charge that it's $12.

8. Some reviewers said the staff was really rude, that the rooms were horrible, and that there was tons of construction (not sure when they were there, but we didn't see or hear any construction at the Palms.
