1. We also had an issue at checkout, where they added charges that weren't ours to the bill.

3. He said he could't hear anything from the hallway, obviously the issue wasn't in the hallway since I wasn't sleeping in the hallway.

4. The location isn't that good if you do not have a rental car or have an issue with taking taxis, as it is a minimum of 15-20 min to walk to Lincoln and longer to South Beach, but we enjoyed the board/beach walk and taxis were very quick and quite inexpensive.

5. We had a toilet issue, but it was resolved very quickly, the room was very well decorated, roomy enough for the two of us and the beds were quite comfy.

6. Cons: The major issue that I had with this hotel is that we aquired some erroneous fees and I felt that everyone was out to get an extra dollar.

9. (Birds also appeared to be an issue for the guests dining outside next to the pool; they moved in and out of the food area, picking off leftover scraps before being shooed off over and over.
